Rose Stewart-Maddox
Rose is a dedicated and compassionate family law attorney who understands that clients often come to her during some of the most difficult and transformative moments of their lives. She believes every family's story is unique, and she approaches each case with individualized attention, care, and intention. For Rose, family law is not just about achieving legal results–it's about supporting families and individuals through deeply personal and challenging transitions.
Rose earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas, graduating with a double major in Criminology and Sociology with a minor in Legal Studies. Her internship with Legal Aid of Arkansas, where she focused on Adverse Childhood Experiences, sparked her commitment to helping families navigate divorce and custody while minimizing the impact on children. She went on to attend the University of Denver, Strum College of Law.
Throughout law school, Rose interned with Colorado Legal Services in their Family and Children's Unit, representing indigent clients who had experienced domestic violence. This experience shaped her client-centered approach and strengthened her resolve to advocate tirelessly on behalf of those she serves. Rose works hard to ensure every client knows she is in their corner and will guide them through every step of the process.
Outside of her practice, Rose is an avid crafter who prides herself on starting many projects–and occasionally finishing them. She enjoys fitness, reading, spending time outdoors, and being with her husband and friends. She is also the proud pet parent of a loving pit bull named Clover and a mischievous cat named CousCous.
